Air Source Heat Pumps And Saving Energy

We should all be looking at ways of saving energy around the home, saving money in the process and being nice and green and friendly to the environment.

Well, did you know that one way to do this is through something called an air source heat pump?

You may well not have heard of these or even come across them at all the past unlike many standardly known ways of saving energy around the home such as using loft insulation, cavity wall insulation and so on.

Well, another method is through air source heat pumps. According to the information provided by one supermarket in its home energy centre leaflet, there is the chance to save up to 40% on your heating bills if you heat your home with electricity.

So for most of us that will result in a considerable saving - knocking 40% off an annual heating bill is a whopping amount and figure for most UK households.
